Hi Folks,

Out of curiosity, has anybody integrated Nagios with a product ConnectWise?

I am trying to figure out how to get Nagios to open (easy part) and then Update and eventually Close tickets by it self with out user intervention.

How are you opening the tickets? Event handlers? I would imagine the updating and closing would follow a similar workflow.
