Is there an easy way to find out which hosts if referred to by the 3 Alert for 5am in graph popup?
When I click it does not go to any details page.

Re: How to get more details from graph
Directly from the histogram? No, it was not designed to show that, more of a way to see influxes more easily. It pairs great with the Executive Summary which shows you additional info on the most recent, and top alert producers. If you would like, I can put in a feature request to see if they want to add additional information in that small popup, or something to that effect. The histogram is based off of the core CGI histogram.cgi.

Thanks. Drill down would be very useful.slansing wrote:Directly from the histogram? No, it was not designed to show that, more of a way to see influxes more easily. If there a way to extract the data using histrogram.cgi?

Re: How to get more details from graph
Can you elaborate on this? Have you tried using the legacy alert histogram report? Does the legacy report provide you with the information that you need?If there a way to extract the data using histrogram.cgi?

Re: How to get more details from graph
Did not look into the legacy reports. It seems to include the listing without the graph.lmiltchev wrote:Can you elaborate on this? Have you tried using the legacy alert histogram report? It is would be better is this listing option is included in the newer reports also.

Re: How to get more details from graph
I just spoke to one of our developers. This functionality could be added to XI. I don't know how much time it would take, but it is perfectly doable. You are welcome to post a feature request on our public tracker here:
http://tracker.nagios.com
or I can post one for you internally (if you want me to).

Re: How to get more details from graph
It's done. I posted an internal feature request (TASK ID 3301) in our system. Thanks for the suggestion!
