Upgrading From Previous Nagios 3 to 4 Releases

Good morning,

i would like to upgrade Nagios Core Version 3.4.1 to the last stable release 4.0.7.

Which will be the most important enhancements that will i have?
Will be present problematic issues ?

As far as issues, we have not heard of any specific to 4.0.7 yet from what I know. I'd of course recommend upgrading a test system first to test.
