When did you download Scott's fixes? They were updated just a few days ago. At this point, open a ticket by sending an email to [email protected]. We will fast track you to a remote session to resolve the issue.

I can confirm I had exactly the same issue in 2014 R1.1, but I just installed 2014 R1.2 and it seems I'm able to delete services normally now.

Are you still having issues with deleting services? Is upgrading to R1.2 an option for you? An upgrade to the latest version of XI should fix your problem.
