See if you can open PDFs now. If you can open the report as a PDF, you can click on the "Save" button within the report to save it.
This works but we dont want to open the PDF. We should fix the root problem.

Is there no option in Firefox to save the PDF instead of opening it? That's more of a browser option than a website option. lmiltchev's suggestion about the dropdown should have had something other than the option to open.

The select ask everytime works fine. Just the filename is the issue.
If saving from the chart option works ok, then so should the other save option.

We will do some more digging into this, but it seems to me like a Firefox issue. For example, if I try to download the file by right-clicking->Save Link As in Chrome, I am able to save the report as PDF. When I right-click->Save target as in IE, I am also able to save the file as PDF. Firefox is the only browser that "wants" to save it as php...

Ok. Let us know how it goes.
Users usually left click on the link, so it should work fine in this method.

Yes, we will do some testing with Firefox. For the time being, you can use IE or Chrome if this is not a problem.
