After upgrade nagios XI 2014R1.0 to Nagios XI 2014R1.2 I loss Summary both I have graphs and Gauges

Are you having the same issue if you are not filtering by hostgroup/servicegroup?

Start a running tail on the apache error log:

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

then, from the Home page, click on the "Metrics" link on the left. Wait for the page to load, stop the tail (Ctrl+c), copy and paste the output.

Also try entering a positive number in the "Top" text box instead of leaving it blank. I've submitted a bug report to specifically show all if that field is left blank.
