I have seen this asked for a number of times, but it seems to be overlooked a lot.
Integrate the logins in XI.
I can AD auth as my user account, but CCM is a separate login.
Any progress on getting these 2 at a minimum together? I would be nice to manage 1 account per person with flags or roles set for their access.
Nagivs presents it's own special fun, as it is a third set of creds I or someone on my team needs to remember, or peg it to a specific user account (not so secure).
Thanks,

Feature Request: Integrated Logins
Re: Feature Request: Integrated Logins
I actually like separate logins for GUI and CCM as things are now. If user management within XI became more holistic with roles for "read-only" and "update" access to CCM (among other things, perhaps) I'd support that.

Re: Feature Request: Integrated Logins
I think the roles should become more granular and also encompassing ccm updates
Currently, if you give access as user the person does not get to have access to CCM.
If you make him an Admin then he can update every service.
we need Admin users able to manage only their items. both in CCM and in Nagios XI side.

Re: Feature Request: Integrated Logins
A unified login was added in 2014. XI admin users now will be automatically logged in to the ccm. This option can be disabled.
