I have a ticket open in the General Support area as I had not purchased a license yet. But now that we have the license and are about to go live with our Nagios server this issue is causing a very big issue.

I have moved your other thread to the Customer Forums and I will be closing this one. And for reference, this is technically not a ticket. Tickets are handled by sending an email to [email protected] whereas threads are all on the forums.
