Alert response url invalid

Alert response url invalid

I just noticed on my notification email that my alert response url is invalid. Fro some reason it looks like one of my two XI servers is dropping one of the two forward slashes in the response url thus making it invalid ?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Also I recently updated the XI server that has the issue to Nagios XI 2014R1.2 the one that works is the older version. Maybe irrelevant ?
