CoS breakouts

Post by snapon_admin »

Is there anyway to view traffic on a specific CoS with NNA? If not, is there any plan to add this functionality in the future? We're switching our managed MPLS service over to an unmanaged one now that we finally have a good netflow analyzer (thanks for that btw, our ISP's netflow monitoring was essentially the only thing holding that decision back) and having the ability to see traffic broken down by CoS would be awesome.

Assuming you are talking about a Class of Service, I woul think it would depend on the device sending *flow data out, and whether or not you can even make that distinction in *flow packets.

It seems like this data is available in theory, but I do not believe NNA currently has this capability. I think this would be a good idea, so I will put in the feature request for it.

3467 is the feature request ID.

Awesome thanks! This would be very handy for us so I hope to see it in a future release. Now that we've begun replacing our old Flow monitor (supplied by our ISP) with NNA we've been looking into features that even our old ISP couldn't provide. NNA is extremely powerful and useful and with a few added features like this I could easily see it being the best flow collector available. Keep up the good work guys!

Awesome! Thank's for the vote of confidence! We'll lock this thread down for now, I believe someone else also asked for this feature recently, we'll be looking into it!
