Latest Alerts not showing Host alerts

Nagios XI Enterprise Ed 2014R1.2
RHEL 6.5 x64

The latest alerts function is not showing any host down alerts only service alerts is there.

Please check and advice.

Can you post a screenshot showing the hosts that are down which should appear here.

Tactical Overview -> Hosts -> x Down
click x Down and show us that screenshot

All the hosts that were down are ok again now.
Tactical Overview only has the known down hosts

If you have a large environment and many service alerts, you may not see the host alerts if your "max items" filter is set too low. Set this value higher, then you can search for "Host Down" on the page (Ctrl+f). I just tried this on my test box. I had 12 hosts down in the "Tactical Overview", and the same number of hosts under "Latest Alerts".
