I am getting below error when am trying to reschedule the service of any server/host. Please suggest me on the same.
Nagios > Host Groups > Summary > Linux-Server (host group) > example.com (server/host) > FTP (service name) > Re-schedule the next check of this service > Commit
Gateway Time-out
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at 38.107.69.147 Port 80
We were removed Nagios IP address from the remote server (example.com) on 07-11-2014 00:45:49 and today allowed again and after that trying to reschedule the services but it is not going.
Last Check Time: 07-11-2014 00:45:49
Next Scheduled Check: 07-11-2014 00:46:49
Last State Change: 07-10-2014 19:23:49
Example.com server is already added in the server and we were monitoring its services via snmp.
And we were removed Nagios IP address in nagios client configuration file of remote host (exmaple.com) on 07-11-2014 00:45:49 and again today I have added nagios ip address in nagios client configuration file of remote host (exmaple.com) and after that trying to reschedule the services but it is not going.

Clearly something is wrong ....
I don't have a magic wand or crystal ball, I can only help by gathering information. If I ask questions it's because I'm not understanding. Simply explaining in more detail usually helps, step by step of exactly what you've done.

I don't understand what you mean. How did you remove it? How did you add it. Exact steps will really help.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
Thanks for the support. Sorry for the confusion. Please find the steps I have taken.
1. After Nagios installation on new server, added Linux servers, Windows servers, Switches and Firewalls in new Nagios system.
2. Assigned the old Nagios server’s IP to new Nagios system.
3. Checked the nagios.log file and it is updating continuously, all the servers and services are showing up and running.
4. Reverted Nagios IP. Again assigned new IP to new Nagios system and old IP to old Nagios system.
5. When we reverted IP address, all the servers showing down and services are showing critical because old Nagios server’s IP address is allowed in Nagios client on remote servers. So I have took below 6 and 7 steps.
6. Allowed Nagios new server’s IP address in Nagios client file (nrpe.cfg) of 2-3 Linux servers and restarted nrpe service on it.
7. Allowed Nagios new server’s IP address in Nagios client file (nsc.ini) of 2-3 windows servers and restarted nsclientpp service on it.
8. I am trying to reschedule critical alerts of these 2-3 Linux and windows servers but it is not happening.
