Where can I find the text associated with %responseurl% ?

Email alerts look like this now:

Respond: http:/10.5.170.37/nagiosxi/rr.php?uid=53-3330-41993c38836034f67c5af2da0b94d7a2
Nagios URL: http://10.5.170.37/nagiosxi/

Needless to say, http:/10.5.blah blah blah doesn't work.

OK, did that. Now it's linkable, but I get "Bad Ticket" when I click on the link.

I've attached a text file that contains the link before I uploaded that file, and then after.

Is the problem uid=53-- in the after? In the before, it's only uid53-.

(I've only received one alert since uploading the file, we can wait awhile and see if the next one works.)

Just got another alert, and the link worked OK. Maybe something just glitched up in that first one.

I will mark this closed later today if the remaining alerts come out OK.

I've seen this issue only a couple of times. Yes, the "bad ticket" message is caused by the having two dashes in the URL instead of one.
I am not sure what is the root cause. Hopefully, it will work fine from now on. Let us know if the issue reappears.

Yep close it. We shut one of the severs down, got choke alerts, and all the links worked.
