activation after upgrade

Hello,
I went through the process of upgrading my nagios install and when I went to activate it again all appeared to be fine.

Nagios even said that the activation was successful. Howver, I am still getting the banner across the top that says the following:

Your license has not yet been activated. Access to certain features of Nagios XI are restricted or limited. Activate your license now.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

In that banner, there is a link to "Enter your license key". Have you tried entering your license key there?

When I try to enter the key in "again" using the banner link I get the following:

SQL: SQL Error [nagiosxi] : ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "xi_options_pkey"

Close Your license has not yet been activated. Access to certain features of Nagios XI are restricted or limited. Activate your license now.

Activation key accepted. Thank you!

and the banner is still across the top.

Try running:

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/tools/fix_postgres_sequences.sh 

and see if that resolves the issue.
