Having Trouble with Email Delivery Service Check

Hello Everyone,
I called and spoke with phone support and they forwarded me to these forums. I am having trouble with the evaluation version of Nagios XI enterprise and the Email Delivery Service Check. My situation is as follows:

Fresh Install of Nagios XI using Virtual Machine Image in VMWare Player 32-Bit & 64-Bit (Both do not work).
Do Initial Configuration of password and go to the web interface
Click on Configure
Run the Monitoring Wizard
Select Email Delivery
Supply Internal IP Address of Server (Have also tried External IP and hostname)

Filled out the form as follows:

Email Details
----------------
To Address: email@address_on_exchangeserver.com
From Address: email@address_external_to_exchange_server.com

SMTP Details
-----------------
Set for External Email Address and Server Settings (Verified Working outside of Nagios)

IMAP Details
-----------------
Set for IMAP Server Located on Exchange (Verified Working outside of Nagios)

Monitoring Settings
-----------------------
Left as Default

Notification Settings
--------------------------
Set for admin user to receive email alerts

All Other Options
--------------------
Set to Defaults

What specifically is not working? Is the wizard giving you an error or does it apply successfully? If it does apply successfully, what errors are shown by the services created by the wizard?
