Please share NNA report fetch setting or steps.

I'm not sure what you are asking for. Do you want to see the reports? There is a section called Reports in the navigation bar:

I am able to see report, but not able export or download in PDF or Excel.

At this point in time it is not possible to save reports. I can put in an internal feature request for this if you'd like.
