To Add to my previous message none of the groups summaries related to Host Group are working, only thing that has been done is increase the cpu allocation to the VM.

Is your operating system up to date? That sounds like a bug on the OS side rather than the Nagios side, given what information we have so far. Anything else interesting in the logs from right before the segfault?

Hi Tony,

It seems like an issue related to one of the host groups it seems to have broken everything , Although the system is still processing all the service checks and I can see if i login to core nagios but is not displaying any information related to that particular host group. Can we have sort of a remote session as this is ultra critical.

Many Thanks

Hi Tony,

I am running an update of OS now I running on CentOS 5.6 64 bit. I cannot understand why only one hostgroup and services attached to it has got affected rest everthing is fine.

Can some emergency support be arranged i.e. a remote session please. As the system is completely broken.

Many Thanks

Anything else interesting in the logs from right before the segfault? Specifically, I'm looking for things in the Apache access and error logs. Feel free to just attach those two files.

Can you guys please do a remote session ? As I have narrowed down the cause of the problem to one host that has thrown the whole system offline I can see a host which doesnt have any host files in core nagios !!!!
