New services not showing in monitoring post 2014R1.4 upgrade

Hello,

I upgraded from 2014R1.1 to 2014R1.4 a few days ago, and ever since then new services that I add do not show up in monitoring.

I can provision them using the core configuration manager just fine, the service checks are happening, and I'm receiving notifications on them, but I do not see them in the monitoring system at all. Also, when I click on the Respond: URL in the email notification I get a "Bad ticket" message. I've added a check_nrpe service and a check_ssh service to existing hosts, cloning and then modifying existing services. Is there an issue with 2014R1.4?

Are you able to see them in the core interface? If you make changes to a host/service, and apply configuration, are the changes properly displayed in the host/services details pages? (such as a name change, warning/critical threshold change, etc), and also, are the new hosts you are adding appearing in the XI CCM? I would think they are, but it's best to make sure. Have you noticed any other oddities with the system post upgrade?
