what is the default ssh credentials to get into the nagiosna appliance :?: I would like to update it and can't get in.

Are you talking about one of the preconfigured VM's? I believe it should tell you in a banner when you start it, if it is not displayed, you could try:
uname: root

pass: nagiosna
