SMS Eagle Devices

We have added an SMS Eagle device to send messages in case of email/power outages.
The devices use a notification plugin script and require a host notification and service notification handler command to be created.
When adding the new notification handlers to the users contact alert settings we receive an error under the users profile notification methods

we have both the XI host and service handler and the SMS Eagle host and service handlers commands added.....
the error is below...
Nagios XI notification handlers are not defined for this account. XI notification handlers must be defined in the Core Config Manager for customized notification settings.

Is should mention both XI Handler and the SMS sender scripts are sending alerts we are just receiving an error under the user prefs...
