Can nagios monitor ATM

I am evaluation nagios. Can nagios can monitor ATM's as well.
And also Cash and transaction monitoring.

Due to the sensitive nature of ATMs, I would be very surprised if there was a publicly-available plugin for monitoring them. And given their various configurations, operating systems, security implementations, etc. I doubt that one plugin would work for every ATM.

My suggestion is to talk to the manufacturer of the ATM and see if there is SNMP functionality or some other API available to query for this info, however I am doubtful this would be made public knowledge again due to the security aspect of it.
