Looks like they are ghost hosts, and I posted a resolution to that for you on the 20th of August, did you not follow it? Here it is again:

Alternatively you could go to CCM > Tools > Write configs tool > (Click delete, write, verify, restart) in that order.

In this case the services must still be in the database and are being written to configs. If there are NOT in the database, the only other reasons for seeing them in the web UI would be: multiple instances of nagios running, ghost services, or having configs placed in the static... It's probably better if you opened an email support ticket. We may need to do a remote.I perform the steps but the service still exists
