When we schedule downtime for a group of hosts before the downtime scheduled, is there any option to delete the schedule in bulk instead of individually ?

Click on the "Mass Acknowledge" link on the left (Home->Incident Management), go to the bottom of the page, click on "Check All" (or select hosts/services manually), and click on "Remove Downtimes".
