Are you talking about NRPE? If so, no they will not, you would need to download the source and compile it manually:

Well, I don't think we have any pre-compiled binaries for a AIX 7.x system at all. You would need to manually compile both, and you'd want to anyways due to the possibilities of your hardware differing, etc. It should all be outlined in the link I provided.
