Determining number of registered servers

We are trying to determine how many server we have registered. Where do I go to find that information?

Depends on what you mean. If you want to see how many hosts you are monitoring, go to Home -> Host Detail and look at the widget in the top-right section. It will have a box for "All" servers and a count. Same goes for services. If you want to see how many Nagios servers you have, that information is not available to Nagios - you will need to take stock.
