hello!
is that the blocking may be due to the function of TMG which is a secure web gateway, a kind of firewall??

It's possible, but any configuration on that, we would be unable to help with as it is well outside the scope of nagios support. It sounds like either the TMG server needs a service that sends netflow data, which on Windows does generally require something like flowtraq, or that you need to allow it to send outbound, I can't really tell you if TMG already has flow exporting, and if it did, how you would go about setting it up.
