I will do that as soon as we get our support contract up and running.
We have purchased XI, not yet received licenses though, that's why we're running trial. We have another infra where we have XI Enterprise running and reporting just fine, we did not try trial there though (so cannot say if it has any effect on the issue).

Can you open the report directly (by using the URL from the email)?

Yes I can see the report using the link, it's HTML only though and not PDF.
No custom logo either. It's really out of the box install of Nagios with no customizations yet.

Did you try creating a "brand new" report or you were testing the "old" reports after the rebuild?The PDF inside email is completely empty. There is nothing when examined via text editor. I did the rebuild as per the other thread.
This did not help.

Yes, new. Reports -> Available reports -> Executive Summary and click on PDF.

Well, it seems that support is not necessary. After entering license codes everything works ok. PDF-reports by clicking and also scheduled email reports work just fine
