"Apply Configuration" not having an effect?

Post by cunningrat »

Some of my services in the Configure view are showing in red, saying "not applied, Apply Configuration for changes to take effect".
I hit Apply Configuration, get an OK result (green exclamation marks, saying my config is good and Nagios has been restarted), However, when I go into the Configure view for services, all of them are still showing in red and saying "not applied".

What XI version are you using? I know there were some fixes in 2014R1.5 that dealt with this:

Yes, I should have clarified that. My apologies.

I am still having this issue even after updating to 2014R1,5

Are you a current customer? If so, open a ticket by sending an email to [email protected]. I would like to move this to a remote for a fast resolution.

Unfortunately, I am not a current customer. We *are* going to purchase a support contract very soon, but that has not happened yet.

Have you taken advantage of quickstart as of yet? (1 hour remote session and call with a support tech to help you through any questions you may have with your eval)
