Sporadic Timeouts on Windows

The three timing out are definitely used more than the fourth one not having any issue. I think you may be right in that it's not Nagios, or I think I'd be seeing it system wide. I would like to restart the servers to see if it clears anything up, but if nothing is changed, I'm guessing I'll run into this issue again.

Let us know if that resolves the problem, I'll keep poking around but it's likely something specific to your servers that is causing this unfortunately.

Update: I was finally able to restart the servers and the timeouts appear to have subsided, at least for now. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
