Nagios agent is not able to communicate with Nagios server

Hi,

We are having Nagios 2.12 and monitoring many agents successfully. Now Windows 2008 SP1 agent has come into picture and need to monitor.

I have added that host like other servers. But it is not connecting with agent and still in pending state.

How can I Solve this?

Which agent are you using, and what version is it? Are the appropriate firewall ports open?
