custom tool for users group

Hi,

We want to use Tools option. In that I can add specific tool (docs or URL Link etc) but that can be seen only by me as a owner. But if I want to give access to my team how do I do it? Is there any way I can control it? On ther other hand If I do it in common option then it will be visible for everyone who logs in.

You are correct - tools under "My Tools" are visible to the owner only. The tools under "Common Tools" will be visible to everyone. You could probably use another method for providing links to your team - perhaps via action URL.

I am new to NAgios and exploring the thngs. could you please explain in details or is there any document to perform this action.
Is there any way we can add new menu under Tools and give access to required users and others can't see or access? (like My tools and common Tools)

You can configure this under Admin->Manage Components->Actions. The URL link should be visible under the "Overview" tab (Quick Actions).
