Schedule Downtime by IP Range

Post by rajasegar »

Nagios XI 2014R1.2

Is it possible to schedule downtime by host IP segment?
Sometime we need to schedule downtime for a location and all of them use a separate IP Segment.

E.g:
10.104.0.0
10.17.18.0
etc

Thanks

This is not currently possible. But you can schedule downtime for entire host and service groups. If you have added all hosts in that location to a group, you could schedule downtime for the whole group.

How do you schedule downtime for hosts and all the services in that host from scripts?
