Getting quite a few of these on my 2012 server:
The errors are on the remote machines trying to send packets back to the nagios server, not on the nagios server itself.

Restart NSCA service (init.d) ..? I have issues with NSCA once per month. After restart service, It's solved for a month..

Yeah, that didn't help. Finally I listed all the processes running and saw a huge amount of old(month or more) nsca ones listed. I killed all of them and everything seems good again.
