No performance graphs were found for this service

We have several custom checks which are recording performance data but when we slect the graph option we get the message

"No performance graphs were found for this service"

I cannot find any documentation on how to resolve this or how to create new graphs assuming this is the issue?

How long has it been since you set these checks up, on a default 5 minute check interval, you can expect the graphs to start showing up about 15 minutes or so into their life. Are you sure they are returning performance data that is properly formatted? An easy way to check is looking at the Advanced tab under the hosts/services details page from the home menu.

Thanks, was not aware of the data being displayed on the advanced tab and can now see it does not appear to be correct.

Will investigate.
