I know nothing about programming in php, but, the 4th line down from the "..........." where it says "ssword for user nagiosadmin" should that be "password for user nagiosadmin"?

Resolved in remote. There were a number of password issues with the backend/databases.
Just a note for future forum searchers: Do not change the database/subsystem passwords without talking to us first!
