How to enable DNS lookups in NA?
Re: How to enable DNS lookups in NA?
I just discussed this with our developers and unfortunately, they don't have an ETA. Feature requests have lower priority than bug fixes so I am not sure when/if this is going to be implemented.

Understood. I just saw that it had been over a year and was wondering.

I guess it's going to take some time. BTW, as of now, you can hover over the IP address with the mouse (Summary tab -> Top 5 Talkers) and view the FQDN.

Yay. Hover is good enough for now. But it only seems to work in that specific report, not ones that we've created. Is there a trick?

Re: How to enable DNS lookups in NA?
I was able to recreate the issue but to be honest with you, I don't know why this functionality (even within the "same" report, i.e. "Top 5 Talkers") would be different under the "Summary" and "Reports" tabs... I posted an internal bug report (TASK ID 4427), so that our developers can take a look at it.

Re: How to enable DNS lookups in NA?
Thanks. We started doing screen copy/pastes to a script that extracts IPs and figures out who they belong to.
