The script is aborting due to a property that does not exist, it's not something I've come across yet.stecino wrote:Undefined subroutine &HostNasVolume::extent called at ./box293_check_vmware.pl line 1982
What sort of datastore is this?
VMFS?
NFS?

For NAS we are using Tintri, file system is VMFS I beleieve. Are you referring to &HostNasVolume ?Box293 wrote:The script is aborting due to a property that does not exist, it's not something I've come across yet.stecino wrote:Undefined subroutine &HostNasVolume::extent called at ./box293_check_vmware.pl line 1982

Re: NAGIOS CORE: HOW TO MONITOR HOST ESX 5.5
Yeah I'm trying to work that bit out.
I think we need to organise a remote session so I can see your environment and play with the plugin to determine what is happening. PM me with a time you would like including your timezone.

Re: NAGIOS CORE: HOW TO MONITOR HOST ESX 5.5
Did any solution come out of this?
The Datastore_Performance checks is working fine on VMFS datastores, but NAS is throwing me the same error
Undefined subroutine &HostNasVolume::extent called at ./box293_check_vmware.pl

I believe this is related to NFS datastores. I'm working on configuring the plugin to support this.
Can you PM me and I'll send you a beta version of the plugin.
