nagiosmobile login

Post by BanditBBS »

I was just about to give out the nagiosmobile URL to a customer and decided to check it first like any good admin :)

Unfortunately I am trying to login and it never succeeds. Any hints on what I can look at? I get the prompt(over 443 as I am forcing https) but it never lets me login.

Are you trying this on a particular type of phone, or right within the browser?

Code: Select all

https://nagios server ip/nagiosmobile/
Do you see any errors in the apache error log?

Both via phone and browser. Both fail to let me login.

Do you have any odd characters in your password?

Yep, I sure do, a # and a &

Edit - I think I can trust the forums with that little of information, lol

Can you try it with a user with just alphanumeric characters in their pass?
