hi,
I have on redhat linux server and I need to check the contents of one logfile, and this server has net-snmp agent already installed on, so can me check the logfile by snmp.

how to configure UCD-snmp which is responsible on logmatch , also does there a specific plugin for logmatch.

Well, it looks like UCD-snmp is the mib tree that is required, we do not have documentation on implementing this, it is just one of the options you could use. There are undoubtedly more options out there but they may not be in a plugin formation, in this case, it looks like you would be using SNMP Traps. Are you opposed to using a method besides SNMP? There are many other options out there which are specifically designed to parse file contents.
