Since Import is not working still (appending and not replacing) is there another way to bulk replace the service template in a service config?

The bug hasn't been resolved yet, and I don't have an ETA but I expect this to be fixed in one of the next releases of XI. You can follow up (ask about the progress on the bog fix) if you wish - just ask for the internal bug report with a TASK ID 4536. Thanks!
