Apply configuration getting SQL error

Linux Distribution and version = CentOS release 6.5 (Final)
64bit
VMware Image
No special configurations on system
No proxy
No SSL
Nagios XI 2012R2.9

Hi,

I getting this error when click Apply Configuration.
