Global Dashboards

How would one create a dashboard and save it as a global dashboard so all users can view it?

When you go to save your dashboard in the top right hand corner, you can also select the save icon with the globe icon, that will save it globally and allow access from other users. Alternatively, you can use the Share Dashboard button to get a direct link, that should work similarly.
