I have Nagios XI 2014R2.0 Enterprise setup on my monitoring hosts and have all of my Service notification intervals set to 30 minutes. I applied the configuration change with no issues, but I'm still getting notifications every 5 minutes. How do I resolve this issue. I have tried using Service Escalations but I'm still having no luck. Plus when I tried adding service escalations I only see this dialog
It doesn't give me the options for modifying or adding anything.

Re: Nagios Notifications Issues
Is there an ftp site that I can upload the profile.zip to? E-mail security isn't allowing me to send it via e-mail.
Re: Nagios Notifications Issues
We don't have a dedicated FTP server for that purpose, however, if you had one, you could upload the profile to it and provide us with a download link. You could also send us encrypted email (if this is an option for you).

Re: Nagios Notifications Issues
We don't have an FTP site that you could access and I've been trying to send an encrypted e-mail with no luck. The file keeps on getting rejected. Could I try sending you a PM to see if I can get it to you?
Re: Nagios Notifications Issues
OK, send me the profile via PM.
