Availability report pie chart values mangled

The percentage values appear to be overlapping if the pie portions aren't wide enough, rendering it unreadable. Also, the date range widget is still inop.

After asking about the date widget, it's not supposed to be a widget, just an icon ; )

As far as the mangled values, does this issue appear consistent in both IE and Firefox? I'm curious if it's a browser issue or a server-side issue.

Mangled in IE, Firefox on Windows, Ubuntu and MacOS and Chrome on MacOS.
