Cisco Voice Equipment Monitoring

Are there any plug-ins for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, or Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)?

What is the best way or method to monitor these devices?

I did not see any specific plugins for these, but as they are Cisco, my guess is they are able to be checked via SNMP. Are they SNMP enabled devices? And would you rather set up traps or active GET requests if monitoring them via that method.
