Hi,
I have deployed the IIS server for my internal application server.
Please can someone help how I can configure steps to monitoring the IIS services and my application server which using exe file.

This depends on what you want to monitor on your IIS server.
Using the Windows Server Wizard you can monitor all kinds of things, including any Windows performance counter on the IIS server.

Did you try using the Windows Server Wizard under Configure -> Monitoring Wizard?

Have you installed the Windows Agent called NSCLient++ on to the server that IIS is running on.
Here is the link to the manual on how to install that.

After that, you should be able to monitor that server using the Windows Server Monitoring Wizard and selecting IIS.
