Can we monitor wireless devices: switch router access points etc.

Yes, most of these have SNMP and when enabled can be monitored with the SNMP Wizard and/or the Switch/Router Wizard

Please help on this, Can we monitor Motorola AP650 Dual Radio External Antenna with switch/Router wizard in NagiosXI.

We have 700 Motorola AP650 Dual Radio External Antenna devices and 200 Switches.

On the link you provided it states:
Remote Management over SNMP 1, SNMP 2, SNMP 3, Telnet
Which means you'll be able to monitor these over SNMP.
