I cannot find the documentation that accompanies the Windows SNMP Monitoring wizard.

Lets try and troubleshoot.

Please provide some screenshots of the SNMP service on the Windows server.

When you run the Windows SNMP wizard, provide a screenshot of the Wizard settings you are providing.

When you complete the Windows SNMP wizard, do these services work? Provide some screenshots.
