Can you tell me what version of NagiosXI you are running and the steps you did to import the files on to the NagiosXI server?

Version is Nagios XI 2014R2.2. To import them, I took the files from my previous Nagios Core system, copied them into /usr/local/nagios/etc/import and imported everything. No errors were encountered during the import.
