I had a feeling it would be something like that.
I am thinking that perhaps Avtech RoomAlert devices are not that great. I have another one I cant even do a snmp walk on it. While dealing with support for it, the support guy actually told me... "it works on the one I have here". well that , doesn't help me at all.
You're welcome, sorry that happens to be the case. Since it seems to be rather intermittent, you could always up the retries on these checks and see if that helps with some of the notifications.

Ouch, ya i wouldn't increase it more than that, thats already a long time between an actual failure and a notification.
